Following last weeks Government cover-up of Stephen Parrys dual citizenship, reports that yet another Liberal MP has doubts over their eligibility are incredibly concerning.
Now that we know Ministers were told about Stephen Parrys situation and covered it up, Australians simply cant take Turnbulls word for it when he says his MPs are fine.
Turnbull either accepts Labors proposal for universal disclosure or he refers MPs in doubt - including Alex Hawke and Julia Banks - to the High Court.
The status quo is not acceptable.
Australians can no longer believe Turnbull or his MPs when they say trust us. How many other MPs and Senators in similar situations to Stephen Parry are they covering up?
This is becoming a test of leadership for Malcolm Turnbull.
Will he listen to Australians who just want this soap opera to end? Or is he so out of touch that he will continue to ignore this crisis.
